I love my roommates!!

Okay so as we all know I'm anti-social and it takes a lot for me to make friends.  Fortunately I have something called roommates.

Roomates [room-meyts, room-] Noun Someone that is forced to live with you.

So last night was pretty spectacular.  We all de-nerdified ourselves for the night, put the textbooks away, and decided to have some fun!

Alright, so the first thing on the agenda was people watching...just kidding that just kind of happened. (Sorry, you'll noticed I tend to say "just kidding" A LOT) Any-who so here's how that happened.

The night started a little like this: Jazmin, Rebecca, and I all had dinner at the Wilk. So after we had dinner we came back to the dorm and painted our nails, played Uno, and THEN we noticed some weird awkward game going on in the courtyard.

At first we thought they were playing duck duck goose so we were like "Let's invite our one FHE boy, Nathan, that actually likes us and tell him we should go play. BUT THEN we noticed what the people were really doing...

Yeah, that's not duck duck goose so we just watched from our window and rated them...like any normal person would do.

There were some people that got really intense and we thought there would be some broken bones.  From what we understood the object of the game was to kiss the person in the center of the circle first and only two people went at a time.  The girl in the teal shirt was always a ten-er.  I'm kind of curious how she got so good at this game...

Wow awkward haha anyway, so we did that for a while!  Oh and our one FHE boy that likes us came over.

So then Nathan (the one FHE guy that showed up to Family Home Evening this Monday...yes, yes still a little bitter about that haha) invited us to go meet his new roommate, Kit Kat.  Oh wait...we invited ourselves haha

Well the boy dorms don't smell nearly as good at the girl dorms...just saying.  But after I got over the smell I enjoyed visiting our FHE boys.

So they have a huge flat screen TV, an xbox (or some sort of game console), Netflix, a projector in one of the rooms, and a TV in the other oh and they each have their own car!!!! Shoot, they are high rollers.

We on the other hand have no TVs (because we wouldn't have time for it anyway...we're so busy pulling our couches up to the window and people watching).  And Ashley is the only one with a car!

So the guys told us they were going to a pool party at Seven Peaks.  (Oh and isn't this so cute...they have family prayer) haha so then our roommates and I had to decide...go to Seven Peaks or go to sleep.  Not gonna lie...sleeping in my cozy warm bed was kind of tempting, but we decided we needed to do something so we could tell our moms about how social we were being...

So Seven Peaks was awesome!! Ashely got in trouble for her Taser at the security inspection so we had to walk back to the car! The funny thing is she got into more trouble for her lip gloss than she did for her Taser!

Anyway, it was pretty awesome and we're pretty much like the coolest dorm on campus! I love them so much!!

From Left to Right: Ashely, Maren, Rebecca, Deanna, and Me!
